Toeragh is the son of Huamai that helps him rent camels in Giza, Egypt . He lends the twins and Nimrod the camels, which they turn into because they are the sacred animals of the Marid. When Philippa gets angry at one of the tourists sitting ontop of her, she runs away back to Giza and Toeragh chases them by foot.
He was described a smiling young man with a mustache and equipped a camel whip when the twins met him. Like the customary of his country, he bows to other people and speaks fluent Arabic.
