Mrs. Lightbottom was the proprietor of the Stately Pleasure Dome in a British hotel. Although she had a forbidding personality, she ushered them into the hotel with haste that could have been mistaken for welcome. At times, she showed crispness but there were also times when she showed nervousness such as when she was asked how much the suite cost. She had a round face with a tight mouth and supercilious eyebrows, with drew dislike from the company of Moo.
